facilities are equipped with smart metering
systems to monitor and reduce water usage.

We've instituted waste segregation, recycling, and
composting programs to minimise waste
generation and ensure responsible disposal of
hazardous materials, ensuring a safe environment
for life science operations.

To encourage eco-friendly commuting practices,
we provide electric vehicle charging stations and
dedicated pedestrian paths within our Bio Park.
Additionally, the Park’s proximity to public
transportation reduces the overall carbon
emissions associated with daily commutes.

We have reserved significant areas of the Park for
landscaped green spaces. These green zones not
only provide aesthetic appeal but also contribute
to improved air quality and reduced urban heat
island effects.
